What is PCB Recycling Line?
JZ-GCB300 waste circuit board recycling production line is suitable for small-scale production, which is used for the separation of metal and nonmetal in waste printed circuit boards, copper clad, circuit board and scrap, etc. The successful development of PCB recycling line is not only improve the quality of the recovery of copper, but also to prevent secondary pollution. In the processing of waste circuit board, by crushing and grinding, making it become the mixture of metal and resin fiber powder, and then through the wind and electrostatic separation process of metal and resin separation. In order to prevent dust pollution in the process, plus pulse dust removal device in the air separation process, effectively solve the problem of dust pollution.

Introduction of PCB Recycling Line Main Structures
JZ-GCB300 waste circuit board recycling line consists of four parts which are crushing, sorting, exhaust gas treatment and electrostatic separation.
1. Crushing part
1) The crusher machine can crush the waste circuit board into 30-50 mesh powder, with large air volume control grinding room temperature. One-time crushing, make the metal and non-metal complete separation
2) Working principle of crushing system: the high-speed rotation of the blades in the crushing chamber to produce impact and shear forces to the materials, so that the materials are crushed to pieces. Install screen in the outlet which makes the crushed grain to separation requirements.
2. Airflow separation
Airflow separation is based on proportion and the suspension velocity of different materials, using certain exercise characteristics of the inclined plane, through wind and makes the material separation. When material from the hopper to discharge port, by tilting effect of airflow, the large proportion of components by automatic classification sink to the rear section of the slope of the discharge port, the small proportion of the material sink to the preceding section, thereby to achieve the purpose of separating the fiber resin powder and the metal powder.
3. Pulse dust removal equipment
in the grinding process will produce fine particles, and in the sorting process, some fine particles may be suspended in the discharged air, in order to eliminate the pollution of dust to the atmosphere, adding the bag removal equipment is necessary.
4. Elevator
Transport the powder collected in the pulse dust collector to the electrostatic separation bin
5. Electrostatic separator.
Electrostatic separator uses the electrostatic properties of different kinds of plastic to carry out separation. The high conductivity of metal in contact with sorting cylinder becomes neutral, under the action of centrifugal force across the diaphragm into the metal zone, and the poor conductivity plastic in contact with sorting cylinder adsorbed on the surface of it firmly, brushing by discharging brush into the nonmetal district, so as to achieve the purpose of separating the metal and nonmetal. Our electrostatic separator can not only sort a variety of plastic or other impurities, such as aluminum-plastic, waste printed board(copper and PCB),the scrap cable, ceramic impurities in the alloy powder, ore sorting and so on, but also can be used in sorting kinds of plastic like PET, PVC, PP, PS, etc.
